With Groudon's time in Pokémon GO coming to a close in less than a week, Trainers are already looking to what might me next. Niantic has not given us a break between Legendary Raid Bosses yet, so we know that something will replace Groudon. But what?
Kyogre is the most likely choice. It would fit with the recent release of Water-type Pokémon, where it was shown in their promotional artwork. And, it recently had a GAME_MASTER file edit, a common sign of an upcoming release. Get your Electric-type and Grass-type attackers ready!
Niantic could surprise us with Latias, Regirock, or another of the unreleased Legendary Pokémon. We could even see a revisiting of some of the old Legendary Pokémon. We just don't know. Once the new news screen and sprites for the new Legendary become available in the network traffic.
Stay tuned for the announcement of the new Legendary Pokémon here on PNN.com and our Twitter (@PNN_APTV). Thanks for reading, Trainers, and remember you only have until January 15 to catch Groudon.
