Pikachu Outbreak's first day is today, and some big things are happening at Pokémon GO Park. We'll go over it all here!
SHINY PICHU, PIKACHU, AND RAICHU: Shiny-forms of the Pikachu family are being caught! This seems to be exclusive to Yokohama. However, it seems likely that they might be available worldwide after the event. At least, they'll be available once all Shinies are released. These sprites were discovered in the network traffic earlier, along with Shiny forms of the costume-wearing forms (including a never-before-seen, Santa-hat Pichu).
MR. MIME AND UNOWN: Mr. Mime, the out-of-place regional for this event, is spawning as expected. Unown are also spawning, and seem to spell "Yokohama."
NEW RAID BOSSES: Ursaring, Houndoom, Wobbuffet, and Piloswine are appearing as Level 4 Raid Bosses in Yokohama. PNN has long speculated that Ursaring and Houndoom would one day become Raid Bosses. It may be possible we'll see new Raid Bosses after Pokémon GO Park, but it doesn't seem likely that it will happen until Gen 3 is released.
