An update to Pokémon GO has begun to appear on app stores today. This update was silent, not even acknowledged with a tweet. Nothing major came with this update, just bug fixes. Although we have no news about Generation 3 or the fix of the curveball-not-registering glitch, everything else that was stated at found in the GO Hub datamine is listed below:
- Items received from Gyms (Raids and PokéStops) are now documented in the Journal
- Search bar can now find "defender" and "legendary" Pokémon
- A bug affecting hat-wearing Pikachu has been fixed
- A bug affecting sprites in the Pokédex has been fixed
- A redesigned pre-loading screen with the Niantic and Pokémon Company logos has been added
- New versions of the Safari Zone badge for the different dates
- Various other bug fixes
